Ti3sic based composites were fabricated via three step processing: (i) three-dimensional printing from ti3sic-dextrin powder mixture, (ii) pressing process, consisting in cold isostatic and uniaxial pressing, and (iii) sintering. ti3sic2- dextrin powder blend was first printed via three-dimensional ink-jet printing technology in shape of bars. the printed preforms were submitted to two different pressing process, cold isostatic and uniaxial pressing. three sets of printed preforms were submitted to cold isostatic pressing (cip) with different pressure. the cold isostatic pressure ranged from 180, 150 until 35 mpa. another set of printed samples were submitted to uniaxially pressing with pressure equal 726 mpa. in the last step of the processing, all pressed samples ana a comparative set samples were exposed to a sintering process at 1600°c in argon atmosphere for 2 hours.
