This project will the build a consortium of res...this project will the build a consortium of researchers, workers and services users from a non-governmental organization (ngo) adeh in brazil and combine this with a feasibility study comprising of a meta-narrative review and case study of the ngo. we will explore the unfolding narratives in the research in the area of lesbian, gay bisexual and transgender (lgbt) sex work migration and migrants' general health issues in the last 10 years. the research narratives will enable us to build up a picture of the field of study. a case study of adeh will include a review of their outreach work and interviewing 12 lgbt identified people who (have) use(d) the ngo’s services. the project’s aim is to advance our understanding about the personal and public health implications relating to lgbt sex work migrants. the findings and reflections generated from the feasibility study will lead to the development of a participatory action research methodology for hard to reach groups e.g. lgbt migrant sex workers, and which will underpin a larger funding bid.
